Former Chief of Staff for the UK Air Cadets where he was responsible for: training, supply, control and accounting, infrastructure, personnel, organisation, and PR. Supporting 44,000+ cadets and 15,000 adult volunteers through 1,000 cadet units, 26 Volunteer Gliding Squadrons, 13 Air Experience Flights and two Adventurous Training Centres. Prior to that, a Royal Air Force Training Officer and qualified Teacher.

International aviation advisor with 30+ years of experience, spanning 80+ countries, in aviation, training & development; working extensively with governments, airports and airline operators. UN recognised Category 1 International Aviation Adviser for ground-breaking civil aviation legislative, development and advisory projects. Former Royal Air Force Squadron Leader (VRT), senior gliding instructor and professional pilot.

Former Chief Instructor for Royal Air Force Air Cadets Central Gliding School, responsible for all instructor training and development. A professional international air-display and former military fighter pilot. An extensive aviation career as a pilot and instructor, with over 15,000 hours of flight time comprising 6500 hours Military Fast Jet, 1500 hours Turbo Prop, 3000 hours Gliders and Motor Gliders and 3500 hours General Aviation.

Former RAF Volunteer Gliding Squadron Officer Commanding. Civil aviation senior quality auditor, line check captain & chief pilot.
