Whilst establishing your training centres, we focus on Further Education, delivering train-the-trainer programmes to develop your team of specialist educators.

Your own i.ACT-IATA trained and qualified adult staff can then run the i.ACT Air Transport Cadet syllabus from your Air Transport Cadet Training Centres.

You are then ready to turn 12-20 year old cadets into i.ACT / IATA / ERAU qualified / ICAO Licenced Air Transport Cadet graduates who are ready to join the workforce.
